In the wake of GHMC Elections which are booked to occur before the end of 2015, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has chopped down the yearly property charge from 1,200 to an ostensible Rs 101 for house proprietors in Hyderabad. This move will bring a grin on the characteristics of around 5 lakh house proprietors.
